Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after 2 days of delivery

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You can choose between a replacement or a refund

  • Refunds will be issued via Easypaisa or JazzCash within 5-7 working days

We offer exchanges only for the same item in case of a defect or damage.
